Sometimes adding a new domain conducted in WHM, you may get an error as follows:
How to fix error "Sorry, a DNS entry exists already, please delete it first (from all servers in the cluster dns) - WHM"

It means that a DNS record for the domain name already exists on the server. The cause may have existed on 1 account with the domain without using any more, or is currently addon domain on domain, parked domain name, .. but not used anymore and has not been removed. To resolve this issue, follow these steps.

Step 1: Delete the account in WHM (if exists)

To delete an account from WHM:

On Account Functions> Terminate an Account. Select the account to delete -> Click Terminate.

If the account does not exist, proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Check the DNS record has been deleted yet.

To check the DNS record has been removed yet. Guests on DNS Functions> Delete a DNS Zone. Select a domain name that you want to remove -> Click Delete.

After completing these steps, you can try creating your account.
