1. How to change the password for cPanel:
Access to https://secure.vinahost.vn/ac/clientarea.php address to login to the customer center of VinaHost.
b. In the left menu, in the Manage Account tab, select the service pack information.
c. Choose hosting package you want to change, then click the Details button.
d. Click the Change Password tab to proceed to change the password.
Hey. To change the password: Fill in the box Enter the new password and Confirm password, and then click Confirm button to complete the process.
2. Note:
* You can use username and password to log in and connect to the server via FTP. When using this usernamedomain you do not need to login.
*account cPanel to login is not the account to log in to the management system.
* You can update the password but you can not change your username. To change your username, please contact the technical department.
