Apache: cPanel allows installing and managing Apache configuration details via WHM interface.

To check the version of Apache is being used, use the command httpd -v

MySQL: cPanel allows control processes MySQL, manage user & database for each account / domain name and uses MySQL phpMyAdmin management interface through cPanel / WHM.

To check the version of MySQL being used, use the comand mysql--version

DNS: cPanel provides management interface with BIND or NSD DNS record.

 

To check the version of BIND / NSD is being used, use the command named -v

Email: Courier and Dovecot cPanel support for IMAP / POP3, with Exim, SpamAssassin, BoxTrapper, Mailman and webmail interface Horde / SquirrelMail / RoundCube.

To check the version of Exim is being used, use the command exim -bV

To check the version of Mailman is being used, use the command / usr / local / cpanel / 3rdparty / mailman / bin / version

FTP: cPanel allows selection between ProFTPD and pure-ftpd, FTP is managed directly through individual cPanel accounts / domains.

SSH: OpenSSH with cPanel support jailed shell (user lock in the main directory) or normal shell.

To check the version of OpenSSH is using, use the command ssh -v

Additionally, cPanel has the function automatically updates the operating system and other important updates.

To check the version of cPanel is in use, use the command cat / usr / local / cpanel / version
